       With four separately controlled burners, the IKON IMG-60 countertop gas griddle offers flexible grill plate temperature control. Each burner provides 2800 BTU of heat and is U shaped to ensure an even plate temperature without cool spots. Made of a 16mm thick polished steel plate, the griddle's surface is durable enough to withstand frequent temperature changes and releases food for minimized sticking. Around the griddle's back and sides, its splashes are fully welded so hot grease doesn't leak. Crumbs and runoff can be scraped into the unit's grease trough, which is front mounted for comfortable access and wide enough to fit a spatula.
